Chris is a seasoned construction professional with over 22 years of experience in all aspects of construction. He has a comprehensive background in construction and pre-construction, including design review, estimating, cost control, value engineering, purchasing, project management, and turnover.
In 1998, Chris joined BDG Construction Corp., as a Construction Manager where he was responsible for the success of all of the tenant fit out and the capital improvement projects at the Gateway at Lake Success. The work included conceptual estimated, budgeting, bidding and purchasing and the timely completion and turnover of multiple, simultaneous construction projects. As a Construction Manager, his responsibilities include the administration of the project, the project staff, and all required cost reporting, project schedules and updating, coordination of the project design team as well as the preparation and presentation of all status reports.
Prior attended SUNY Farmingdale for Architectural Technology and Construction Management.
