As the Director of Property Management for Blumenfeld Development Group, Ltd. (BDG), Ed's main responsibilities include overseeing the operations of all the firm's properties. In addition to the active management of our established properties, Ed has taken an active roll in the preparation and development of a majority of BDG's new development projects. Together he and his fine Management team have consistently worked towards providing an exceptional environment for our tenants, closely following the tone set by the firm's principals.
Prior to joining BDG,Ed spent ten years managing both residential and commercial properties in Manhattan. Prior to his time in Manhattan , he worked in the Plant Engineering Division of Brookhaven National Laboratory
