Brad Blumenfeld has been instrumental in leading BDG into markets outside the New York area and has helped the company expand within its core geographic area.
Blumenfeld, who joined the firm in 1995, has been working hard to secure acquisitions, development, and financing for properties to expand BDG's five-million square foot portfolio that spans up and down the East Coast into states such as North Carolina, Connecticut, and Florida.
Blumenfeld is also active in the real estate community on Long Island, having served as a past president of the Building Owners and Managers Association-Long Island.
Blumenfeld received his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in real estate and entrepreneurial management.
