As Facilities Engineer for Blumenfeld Development Group, Ltd. (BDG) since 2004, his responsibilities include the day to day operation of the Bulova Corporate Center, Gotham Plaza and he also managed the New Jersey Portfolio. Currently Paul works with BDG's project managers on tenant build outs and site management and on new construction projects in New York City.
Prior to joining BDG he was a chief engineer for Newmark Realty and worked as a Lead Engineer for Vornado Realty at their mid-town and down-town locations. He has a strong background in mechanical systems and building management systems.
Paul attended New York City University majoring in HVAC mechanical studies.
