Mark joined BDG in 2007 and is responsible for all phases of development, including site acquisition, planning, construction, leasing, and financing. Before joining BDG, Mark worked for Lamar Companies. Working out of their Colorado office, he was responsible for Western U.S. Acquisitions. Mark began his career at Insignia/ESG as an Analyst and later transitioned to an Associate in the brokerage division at CB Richard Ellis.
Since moving from his role in the brokerage services group at CB Richard Ellis, Mark has been responsible for the acquisition and development of over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate with a total value of nearly $1 billion.
Mark is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Young Professionals of New York (YREPNY), and Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG).
Mark graduated from The University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
