Mark joined Blumenfeld Development Group, Ltd. (BDG) in 2007 and is responsible for all phases of development, including site acquisition, planning, construction, leasing, and financing. Before joining BDG, Mark worked for Lamar Companies. Working out of their Colorado office, he was responsible for Western U.S. Acquisitions and was involved in over $100 million of retail investments. Mark began his career at Insignia/ESG as an analyst and later transitioned to an associate in the brokerage division at CB Richard Ellis.
Mark graduated from The University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
