Blumenfeld Development Group, http://www.bdgnet.com, a Commercial Real Estate Developer and Manager of Class A Office and Power Centers with national anchor tenants, has the following opening for an individual who wants to join a rapidly expanding firm with numerous advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- *Proactively repair and maintain HVAC systems for large, first class-multi tenant, office building
- *Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- *Troubleshoot and document Building Management System communication issues with HVAC systems
Required Experience
- *Minimum of three (3) years experience in the field
- *Preventative Maintenance experience a must
- *Must be organized and detail oriented, self starter, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- *Must have neat and clean appearance at all times, and be able to communicate professionally with staff and tenants
- *Candidates should possess experience with, but not limited to the following: Commercial HVAC Systems, Building Management Systems, FDNY HVAC Certifications, EPA Certification, Fire Safety Director Certification, Standpipe Sprinkler Certificate of Fitness, Low Pressure Boiler Certificate of Fitness and Air Compressor Certification
