BDG Construction Corp seeks Project Manager to manage multi projects while serving as BDG's representative on the Owner-Architect team and to protect and promote the interest of BDG on all matters.
Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise personnel, subcontractors and vendors engaged on projects ensuring that they complete the work on time, within budget and to the quality specified
Responsibilities
- -Establish & maintain Master Progress Schedule.
- -Maintain Owner, Architect, Subcontractor & Vendor relations.
- -Prepare Budget and Financial Reporting
- -Maintain General Contract and Subcontract Documents.
- -Maintain Quality Assurance and Control.
- -Process Application for Payment and collection.
- -Keep management informed on progress of project and budget.
Required Experience
- -Mininum of five (5) years of building construction experience required.
- -Thorough knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating and engineering principals and techniques.
- -Familiar with various construction methods and material, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances.
- -Knowledge of Timberline Estimating and Microsoft Project scheduling desirable.
- -Very strong oral & written communication skills are a must.
Required Education
- Bachelor Degree with major in Engineering or Architectural desirable.
