Project Overview
BDG has been hired as Development Consultant and Construction Manager for a new 12,000 square foot, luxury mixed use development project in Manhattan's thriving Chelsea district. The project will consist of a ground-floor Valley National Bank branch and five floors of loft-style, luxury condominiums.
The loft-style condominiums have been designed to accommodate the discerning New Yorker. Through a combination of modern aesthetics and a large open floor plan, the space will be flexible and impressionable to all different lifestyles. With fluidity of the space being the main objective to accomplish at this development, the space will appear to be boundless through the exterior curtain wall. The exterior will be a constant source of natural illumination and will complement the open circulation of the floor plan. The interior will mirror the chic atmosphere of the neighborhood. The kitchens will be created by Poliform to include appliances by Miele, Bosch, Sub-Zero and Viking.
