Size/Scope

Project Overview
East River Plaza (ERP) sits on the former Washburn Wire Factory along the FDR between 116th Street and 119th Street. ERP will be home to a 500,000 square foot, multi-level urban retail center anchored by Costco, Target, Best Buy, and Marshalls. The project also includes a multi-level parking garage with 1,250 spaces.
